End-User License Agreement (EULA)

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.

  • Modify or create derivative works.

  • Sell, sublicense, or distribute the app.

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or the Company. We may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must delete the Application and all related data from your device.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the Application or breach of this Agreement.

8. No Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with your device.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or revenue loss). If liability is found, our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

10. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder will remain enforceable. A waiver of any term does not constitute a waiver of any other term.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict of laws. You may also be subject to local, state, or national laws.

12. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to update or replace this Agreement at any time. Continued use after any change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Application, superseding all prior agreements.
